I am facing problem with battery timing as it doesn't last for more than 5 minutes. I don't know if you have sent me defective piece or your every product battery timing is like that. Help me with it if you can.

I first used it on my underarms and I really liked the long lasting results, it doesn't give a fully smooth finish and you do have to go over the same area multiple times but that was probably because my hair were too short but its a great alternative to waxing as you get no mess and you don't need to wait for hair to grow out before removal. I hope the product performs well in regard to battery and motor life.
