I ordered it.. and was very excited about it.. The shaver head was pretty good and sharp.. but over my third use it broke...The Face trimmer hurts as the hair or maybe skin gets stuck in it. The Body Trimmer need real improvement as it doesn't cut hair much properly..But yeah..nose trimmer is still working properly somehow. I complained about all these things to them but they said you have to buy the shaver head which will cost 1000rs.. Which actually doesn't make any sense because I bought the whole kit for Almost 3.5k and now I have to buy a head for 1k which will get broken again after 3rd or 4th use.. I'm really sorry I really wanted to give a positive review but I can't help it.. Extremely disappointed. 💔
Unfortunately, the performance of the KM-560 significantly declined after just the third use. It struggles to cut hairs consistently, leaving some strands untouched. This inconsistency has made the grooming process frustrating and time-consuming.
