Order Placement & Shipping Policy
- If the product is in our stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order otherwise, you will be informed via email/SMS about its availability within 48 hours.
- Make sure, you provide accurate mailing address and contact number for a faster delivery of your product.
- Provide a valid email address to track your product’s shipment.
- If the customer provided a wrong or incomplete address, and it takes an extra cost to re-send the order, the additional charges will be payable by the customer.
- If the product is delayed by the courier company, we aren’t responsible for the delay.
- Once the order has been shipped, you can’t cancel it.
- It takes 2 – 3 days to dispatch your order.
- If you place an order on Sunday or on a holiday, it will be dispatched on Monday or on the next working day.
- The shipment of the order takes usually 5 – 7 working days according to the distance.
- Shipment charges are additional and not included in the product’s price. The charges depend on weight and the number of products in your order.
- If you have pre-paid for the product and you don’t accept it on delivery, the shipment and return charges will be deducted from the payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- The international shipment duration is 20 – 30 working days.
- In case of international shipping, the customer will bear the custom and other duties.
- The international shipment doesn’t meet the accurate time frame if there is a holiday ahead.
- You can cancel the shipment within 4 hours of placing an order. If you cancel the shipment after the given time, a penalty is applicable.
- Furthermore, you can cancel the shipment without penalty if the status of your order is still “Pending” after 24 hours of placing the order.
- We reserve the right to cancel any shipment regardless of whether we have received the payment or the order has been shipped.
- GST is included in the price of the product.
- Kemei warranty will be for 6 months. If the received product is in warranty, it will be repaired and will be re-sent to the customer. It’s not replaced.
- Accessories (line code, receiver code, batteries, blades, combs, chargers, and other attachments) are not included in warranty.
- If the product is damaged, mishandled or misused, the customer can’t claim for warranty.
- To claim warranty, original sale receipt and warranty card should be provided.
- If you don’t receive the product within 15 days of placing the order, you can’t claim for warranty.
- Please note that the warranty is valid for 6 months on all products. So, you can’t claim for warranty afterwards.
- If the warranty seal is removed, torn, or tempered, the warranty can’t be claimed.
Return & Refund Policy
- Please read our Return policy carefully before claiming a Return to know whether the product is eligible to return or not.
- Moreover, if you find a damaged item after unboxing it, you must inform us within 24 hours with a proof that you have received a damaged product.
- Return will be acceptable if the product is damaged when you receive it or if the wrong product is delivered.
- Please choose the product very carefully. Select the right color and type to avoid the unpleasing situation.
- We offer the personal care items. So, you can’t return a product if you are displeased with the performance or color.
- If you have used the product, it can’t be returned.
- It will be better for you to make video while unboxing the product and if you find it damaged, return the product with video.
- Keep the email receipt and return the product in the original packing as you received it.
